Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CodeLens.AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
CodeLens.AI provides a community-driven AI model benchmark platform where developers can:
- •Submit prompts for evaluation across 300+ AI models via OpenRouter
- •Receive quality scores from frontier AI judges (Claude Opus 4.5, GPT-5.2, Gemini 3 Pro)
- •Vote on model outputs in blind pairwise comparisons
- •View public leaderboards showing model performance based on community evaluations
Subscription Tiers
CodeLens.AI offers three subscription tiers:
- 5 runs per day
- 6 curated models per run
- 1 AI judge
- Private results only
- 10 runs per day
- 10 models per run from 300+ available
- 3 frontier AI judges
- Public leaderboard contribution
- Custom limits
- Dedicated support

Billing and Payments
For paid subscriptions:
User Accounts
To use CodeLens.AI, you must:
- •Create an account via Google or GitHub OAuth
- •Provide accurate account information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Not share your account with others
- •Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Submit malicious code, exploits, or content designed to harm AI systems
- Game the voting system with fake accounts or coordinated voting
- Submit spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
- Harass or abuse other users in comments
- Scrape data or use automated tools without permission
- Reverse engineer or extract model outputs for commercial resale
- Submit content you don't have rights to share
- Circumvent usage limits or tier restrictions
- Use the service for illegal purposes
Content Ownership and License
Your Prompts
You retain ownership of prompts you submit. By submitting, you grant CodeLens.AI a license to:
- •Process your prompts through AI models via OpenRouter
- •Display results if you choose to make them public (Pro tier)
- •Use aggregated, anonymized data for public benchmark statistics
- •Allow other users to run the same prompt and see combined results
Comments
Your comments on public evaluations are public and licensed under CC BY 4.0.
Model Outputs
AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the respective model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
Usage Limits and Fair Use
Each tier has daily limits:

Limits reset at midnight UTC. Unused runs do not roll over. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent limits.
Voting Requirements
When voting on model outputs:
- •Votes are on blind pairwise comparisons (you don't see which model produced which output)
- •Vote honestly based on output quality
- •Do not coordinate votes with others
- •We may invalidate votes that appear manipulated
Leaderboard and Public Data
Public leaderboard rankings are:
- •Based on aggregated scores from Pro and Enterprise users who contribute public evaluations
- •Subject to change as new evaluations are submitted
- •Not guaranteed to reflect absolute model quality for all use cases
We reserve the right to remove or adjust data that appears manipulated or erroneous.
Data and Privacy
Prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI providers via OpenRouter for evaluation. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
Intellectual Property Rights
The CodeLens.AI platform, including software, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to CodeLens.AI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform code without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- •Violate these Terms of Service
- •Abuse the service or attempt to game the system
- •Submit illegal or harmful content
- •Fail to pay for a Pro subscription
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CodeLens.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- •Accuracy of AI-generated code or judge scores
- •Availability or uptime of the service
- •That the service will be error-free
- •That benchmark rankings reflect absolute model quality
- •That any particular model will be available via OpenRouter
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeLens.AI, nor its operators, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- •Loss of data or prompts submitted
- •Errors in AI-generated solutions
- •Decisions made based on benchmark rankings
- •Service interruptions or downtime
- •Actions of third-party AI providers
Use AI-generated code at your own risk. Always review and test before production use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CodeLens.AI against claims arising from your use of the service, including content you submit, votes you cast, or violations of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
